2, Rotation of gluing roller is controlled by converter motor too ensure the line speed of gluing roller and double sided machine cots synchronization, and can operate independently.
3, Electric adjusts glue showed by digit. Automatic recycling of glue, to avoid the glue precipitation, viscosity stability.
4, It adopts pneumatic structure to press paper. The gap is adjusted by electric fine-tuning. Both the upper and lower are driven by independent variable frequency motor.
5, Getting the double sided speed to achieve run-in synchronism. It is showed by human-computer interface;operation is simple and quickly.
6, Glue quantity is controlled automatic,the quantity can be automatic adjusted according to the working speed ,and in the auto mode,also can be changed by manual fine-tuning.
